What to know
Tier-locked, not per-user
- TalentLMS pricing is locked to user-count brackets, not per-seat. The effective per-user cost falls inside each tier as you approach the cap (Core at 40 users = $2.98/user/month; at 10 users = $11.90/user/month).
- The 20 percent annual discount is the headline price. Monthly billing is available without the discount.
- Pro adds an additional user mechanism for accounts that exceed 100 users mid-contract, but the published tier ladder ends at 100 users; beyond that customers move to Enterprise.
- Enterprise pricing is not published. Flexible plans begin around 500 users; the Enterprise tier proper around 1,000.
