What to know

TalentLMS pricing is locked to user-count brackets, not per-seat. The effective per-user cost falls inside each tier as you approach the cap (Core at 40 users = $2.98/user/month; at 10 users = $11.90/user/month).
The count is based on the monthly users who log in, not every registered account, and soft limits mean logins are not blocked once the cap is reached. A Flex add-on lets you register unlimited users and bills purely on the distinct users who log in each month.
The 20 percent annual discount is the headline price. Monthly billing is available without the discount.
Pro bills $6 per additional user above its 100-user cap. Beyond the published tier ladder, customers move to an Enterprise quote.
Enterprise pricing is not published. Flexible plans begin around 500 users; the Enterprise tier proper around 1,000.
