How each number gets confirmed
Each vendor pricing URL fetched via WebFetch on the verification date. Quote-only vendors flagged where the page does not publish dollar amounts. No inferred or extrapolated rates.

What the calculator does and does not do
For 360Learning Team plan: monthly cost = users x $8, capped at 100 users.
For TalentLMS: pick the smallest published tier whose user-cap covers your learner count (Free 5 / Core 40 / Grow 70 / Pro 100). Above 100, route to Enterprise quote.
For all other vendors: return Quote Only with no inferred number.
The calculator does not estimate implementation fees, content libraries, integrations, AI uplift, portal upcharges, training, or renewal escalation. Those lines are listed in the hidden-costs breakdown.
