Workday Learning vs SAP SuccessFactors Learning

Two enterprise HCM suites whose learning modules are sold inside the broader HCM contract. Neither vendor publishes a standalone learning rate.

• HCM suites are sold as multi-module contracts. Publishing a per-module rate would invite competitors to point-attack each module, which is the opposite of the bundle’s commercial intent.
• Both vendors compete primarily for HCM share. Learning is a retention lever and an expansion path, not a customer acquisition lever.
• The standalone learning pricing URL on Workday returned 404 at our last fetch. The SAP equivalent returned 403. Both behaviours are consistent with deliberate non-disclosure.

• If you are not on Workday or SuccessFactors HCM, the standalone LMS market (Cornerstone, Docebo, LearnUpon, Absorb, Litmos) is your natural set.

• If you want open-source, Moodle LMS Core remains free and self-hostable; Moodle Workplace is partner-channel only.
